Creating Your Account
The first step in using Lemat Stock is creating your account and verifying your phone number.

Step 1: Register
- Open the Lemat Stock app on your phone
- Tap "Register Now" on the welcome screen
- Fill in your details carefully:
- Full Name - Your complete name
- Email Address - A valid email you can access
- Phone Number - Your mobile phone number (for verification and login)
- Password - Create a strong, secure password
- Check the Terms & Conditions checkbox
- Tap "Create Account"

- At least 8 characters
- A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
- Numbers and special characters
- Avoid common words or personal information :::
Step 2: Verify Your Phone
After creating your account, you need to verify your phone number:
- Check your SMS - You'll receive a verification code via text message
- Enter the code - Type the code into the app
- Tap "Continue" - Complete the verification process
:::warning Didn't Receive the Code? If you don't receive the verification code within 2 minutes:
- Check that you entered your phone number correctly
- Ensure you have mobile signal
- Tap "Resend Code" to request a new code
- Contact support if issues persist :::

Once verified, you're ready to set up your store profile and start using Lemat Stock!

After creating your account, you'll need to:
- Set up your store profile - Configure your store type and details
- Import product categories - Add the categories your store will carry
- Create your first branch - Set up your initial location
- Add employees - Invite your team members

Troubleshooting
Can't Create Account
If you encounter issues creating your account:
- "Phone number already exists" - This number is already registered. Try logging in instead or use a different number.
- "Email already exists" - This email is already registered. Try password reset or use a different email.
- "Weak password" - Your password doesn't meet security requirements. Make it stronger.
- "Network error" - Check your internet connection and try again.
Verification Issues
If verification is not working:
- Ensure your phone number is correct and includes country code
- Check that SMS is not blocked on your device
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Contact support for manual verification
