Understanding the Stock Structure

Before we begin, let's understand how products are organized in Lemat Stock:

Categories (e.g., "Smartphones", "Shoes")
└── Items (e.g., "iPhone 15", "Nike Air Max")
└── Variants (e.g., "iPhone 15 - 128GB Black - Main Store")
  • Categories - Groups of similar products
  • Items (Base Items) - Individual products within categories
  • Variants - Specific versions with pricing and stock

:::tip Think of it this way

  • Base Item = The product concept
  • Variants = The actual items you can sell :::

Step 1: Access Your Stock

  1. Tap the "Stock" tab at the bottom of your screen
  2. You'll see your categories (the ones you imported during setup)
  3. If you don't see any categories, tap "Add Category" to create your first one

Need More Categories?

  • Tap the "Import" button at the top right to add categories you missed during setup
  • This lets you import additional category templates based on your store type
  • You can also create completely new categories using the "Add Category" button
